Our managed Azure support service is an end-to-end managed service for your entire Microsoft Azure environment. We aim to be the best possible extension for your IT-team with services such as monitoring and environment configuration, Azure Active Directory security hardening and subscription management through policies and governance best practices. On top of this, we can organize custom workshops whatever the topic will be as long as we are talking about Azure, whether it be from a stance of a developer or an Azure cloud engineer.
However, our service is not the right tool if you are looking for a Tier 1 support partner. Our Managed Azure does not include patching and administrating operating system(s), handling the Guest OS inside the virtual machines, or building an image for a container registry. We offer our Application support for cases where you need help with applications’ internal business logic or interfaces.
