LEGALFLY is a secure, agentic AI workspace for all in-house legal, compliance and procurement work.

Legalfly grew from 2 to 50 colleagues in two years. The platform evolved at lightning speed, but the infrastructure didn’t keep up. Behind the scenes, services were fragmented. Every update had to be applied in multiple places, and onboarding enterprise customers meant building full copies of the infrastructure.

The Challenge

Rapid growth meant LegalFly needed a reliable and scalable infrastructure. The old setup was not enough to deliver the security and performance their customers demanded. Managing infrastructure consumed up to 40 percent of the CTO’s time, and spinning up new environments took days.

Centralized monitoring: All systems tracked in one dashboard.
Infrastructure as Code: Every component described in code, enabling fast and consistent deployments.
Automated deployments: Updates and new environments with a click, no late-night work.

The environment was built together with Legalfly, instead of building it for them. This means that the company remains in full control of the entire infrastructure, and are not dependent on Zure for every small step along the way.
