Zure Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and to complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Throughout this Privacy Policy the term “personal data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (i.e. a natural person).

 

Purpose of processing personal data

The purpose to collect personal data is to manage customer relationships, communication, remarketing, processing of job applications and invoicing. In addition, the information may be used for statistical purposes, for the provision of services and products, and for informing customers. The information will also be used, with the customer’s consent, for sending customer newsletters, marketing, advertising and direct marketing. 

The customer may choose to disallow direct marketing and it can be done by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the end of a customer release or newsletter. The customer’s personal information will be retained as long as the customer can be considered a customer of the Zure Ltd. Potential customer information will be retained for as long as it is necessary to enable future cooperation. Expired personal data will be removed from the Zure Ltd’s Customer Data Register.

 

Collected data

While using our site or event registration pages, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. 

We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information. For example, when you register for the newsletter or event, we may ask you to provide us with registration information, such as your name, email address and other credentials that are used to authenticate users, validate their actions or are needed to provide your access to the service.

We use Microsoft’s Office 365 service to store and process customer, potential customer, job applicants and stakeholder’s information. Job applications are kept for a maximum of two years.

  • Company and position
  • Company address information
  • Customer relationship and order information
  • Newsletter subscription and analytics
  • Ordering of electronic material from the website
  • Website behavior and analytics
  • Participation in events
  • Marketing ban
  • Job application, CV and other additional information provided by the job applicant

 

Automatically collected data

Zure Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.zure.com site. This section informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the site. We use your personal information for providing and improving our website. By using the site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our site (“Log Data”). Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our site.

 

Sharing your personal data

If a customer’s personal information is disclosed to a third party, such as a Zure Ltd’s subcontractor, the customer will be notified separately verbally or in written format. Your personal data will not be disclosed outside the EU without your prior written or verbal consent.

 

Security

Your personal information is protected by the administrative, technical and physical measures required by the Protection of Privacy and the General Data Protection Regulation.

 

Changes to This Privacy Policy

These terms and conditions will take effect on 1 November 2019 and will remain in effect until further notice. Zure Ltd reserves the right to update the terms of this privacy policy. Users will be notified of any upcoming changes to the terms that will affect them a month in advance and will have the option of rejecting the new terms before they come into effect.

 

Your rights

You can at any time ask us to:

  • confirm if we process any personal data related to you and to deliver an electronic copy of such data,
  • correct any inaccurate personal data related to you,
  • erase any personal data related to you,
  • restrict our processing of any personal data related to you, and
  • stop processing any personal data related to you due to personal reasons.
  • You can always deny us from using any personal data related to you for direct marketing purposes. You can also at any time withdraw your consent for processing your personal data.
