Geert van der Cruijsen is the CEO and co-founder of Zure Netherlands, where he helps organizations move faster, build smarter, and modernize confidently on Microsoft Azure. Together with Chris van Sluijsveld, he brought Zure to the Dutch market. The goal is to deliver real outcomes through engineering excellence, clear communication, and hands-on expertise. In addition to ML engineering, he has worked on services surrounding it, including but not limited to, containerized applications, networks and REST API's. Michaela is a creative and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with 3 years of experience building dynamic, responsive web applications. Passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and always excited to explore new technologies and trends. Outside of coding, Michaela enjoys cycling through scenic routes and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Riccardo's led a varied career. He's been a Test Engineer, BizTalk Developer, Cloud Consultant; it would be fair to say he's worn a lot of hats which which affords him a broad perspective and skillset in software development - something he brings to bear on behalf of his customers when sizing a project up for delivery.

Antti is a frontend developer with a talent for JavaScript frameworks, making websites super smooth, and optimizing performance, and has spent plenty of time turning tricky problems into simple solutions. Tommi is a Cloud Security Consultant with a special interest in Identity Security, and has spent the last 6 years resolving challenges in Azure Cloud. He has seen stuff from logistics to retail to finance sectors and gets most excited about helping customers to maximize their security posture and building his own holistic understanding of IT security. Along with a group of friends, Tommi is organizing monthly Azure meetups in Helsinki. When not trying out latest security features in lab environment or writing blog posts, you might find Tommi either lifting or pushing heavy things, cheering at basketball games or doing small woodwork or renovation projects.

Juha started his career in delivering optical quality control systems for the automotive industry. He quickly realized that his interest is in building things with software and moved on to developing the optical quality control products with .NET. Since then, he has designed and developed multiple software systems including accounting software and public domain distributed systems with the latest focus in Azure. When not crafting solutions in Azure Juha might be either diving in warm waters or hoping for snowy cross-country skiing winters.

Peter has been working in tech for close to 10 years, covering roles from developer right through to QA and support before landing in Azure consultancy. Customers he has worked with come from a variety of sectors including retail, IT, healthcare, and policing. He specialises in cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation, and anything else a team needs to get their applications running and keep them running in Azure.

Kim is the Head of Data & Cloud Security, with 8 years of experience in multi-cloud security. Kim has helped customers solve cloud security challenges and has led consulting organizations and teams. Kim has worked in various industries, from Finance to Manufacturing, and is currently focusing on the security of Data & AI services. When not working, Kim enjoys a variety of sports, from crossfit to ice hockey. Kim also likes playing the guitar and is a fan of horror movies.

Maisa is experienced in modern data projects, implementing solutions from SQL Warehouses to Data Lakehouse platforms and business analytics. A key skill they brings to their role is communication; they have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and is skilled at explaining technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand. Jesse is a Senior Consultant with almost two decades of diverse experience across the IT landscape, with a strong background in managing complex, high-availability systems. His roles have involved the implementation and architecture of cloud platforms, data warehousing and ELT operations with multiple different technologies. Tuomas has collaborated with medium and large-sized companies.

Jenni is a customer service professional with vast experience in various customer service -related jobs such as a team leader of an international team, as well as a service advisor at a software and service provider company. Now she dives deeper to the world of Azure enjoying the challenge and the ever-growing understanding and knowledge of the branch.

Frederik has been working as a .NET developer for 3 years. He has worked with the Azure platform from the very start of his career in IT and appreciates the flexibility of the Azure platform and the ongoing expansion of all its features. Frederik is interested in both back-end and front-end development and loves working on complex projects, no matter the business context, designing architectures with a pragmatic long-term approach.

Julia is our office all arounder who takes care of our office, events and people. Julia’s background is in psychology and one of her main interests is well-being at work. Julia finds helping others as the best part of her job – and baking pancakes for our monthly Brekkies comes second.

Ruben is a passionate Azure Architect. His job is to design and implement reliable, secure and scalable integration and back-end solutions in the Azure cloud. His focus is mainly on architecting and building Azure PaaS solutions. Ruben also has hands-on .NET back-end skills and he is a true team player and team builder.

Suvi is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience in marketing strategy, marketing management, brand marketing and brand development, digital marketing, international marketing, and communication.

Markus has nearly 10 years of experience working in fields of analytics, data, and business intelligence. He believes that data can be valuable asset for any company and Azure provides great foundation to deliver that value. Samu stumbled upon the data world ten years ago and hasn´t looked back since. Since then, he has done everything between data modeling and report designing. Currently, he works as a data architect designing data-related solutions on top of Azure, making data as valuable as possible for customers.

Anssi has nearly 20 years of experience in the IT field, working for large and small companies. Since 2018, he has been focusing on Azure, working as a cloud engineer, cloud architect, and now as a DevOps engineer. His motto is, "anything that can be automated should be automated".

Milja is an experienced combination of business, technology and people. Her background combines project management, service design and consulting in Microsoft Cloud industry. Milja's superpower is in understanding people and processes, and her role includes also HR and Team Leading.

Susi’s career started with developing software in the process industry. She has five years of experience in software development, working with various technologies. Lately, she has been focusing on building data solutions in Azure and learning Big Data and Data Science.

Since 2016, Henri has been at the forefront of cloud technology, specializing in Azure-based environments. His expertise extends from Azure platform to PaaS environments, with particular focus on managing Azure services. Henri’s robust skill set encompasses a deep understanding of Azure architecture with DevOps automation.
