Today we get to present our QA power, as you will get to know Annina. It’s #Whoseday again!

Annina is an experienced quality assurance and testing specialist. She has a wide range of experience from exploratory testing to test automation. Let’s hear more about Annina and the QA Specialist work in her own words.

🌍 Where do you come from?

I live in Helsinki, just a 15-minute tram ride away from our conveniently located office.

Professionally speaking, my background is in banking and finance. I found my way into IT studies in 2014. Four years later, I graduated and started my tech career as a testing specialist in a big IT consulting company.

☕️ What parts does your workday usually consist of?

Well firstly, I wake up, do some morning yoga, then go for a refreshing walk and … ah, just kidding. I just get out of bed and open my computer. I wish I was a morning person who could do all those things. But I’m not.

Jokes aside, my work days usually evolve around different testing related tasks, planning and prioritizing, investigating possible production issues and meeting with the client and the team. Oh, and lunch – the most important part of the day!

📖 What has been your favourite thing about Zure?

The opportunity to learn and develop yourself. Also flexibility; work-life balance is supported throughout the company.

🐻 Random fact about you

I am scared of bears.. I think it has something to do with watching Hopeanuoli as a kid.
