General benefits
- PC or Mac? Your choice! At the start of your employment, you can choose your preferred laptop within a budget of 3000 €.
- Lunch benefit: We cover 25% of your lunch costs.
- Phone subscription provided by the company.
- Internet subscription for your home.
- Gadget money: 800 € at the start of your employment, plus an additional 250 € each year to help you get the gadgets (phone, headphones etc) you need to excel at work.
- Commuter benefit: If you commute to the office at least three times a week, you will receive a commuter benefit of 600 € per year. If you prefer remote work, no problemo! In that case we cover either one round trip to the office a month or 25% of your travel costs (up until 300€).

- Occupational health and health insurance, including coverage for prescription medications.
- Dental care: 200 € per year to support your dental health.
- Childcare services for a sick child: Four days per year.

- Take care of your parents: If your parents fall ill suddenly, you can take up to 2 days paid leave per year.
Volunteering
- Blood donation: You can donate blood during work hours.
Community and team events
- Team lunch: We cover your team lunches 10 times a year.
- Zafari: Our annual company trip abroad.
- Fun events like Zevents, Zummer, Zmas, kids’ theme parties, BBQ parties and movie nights – we love spending time together!
- Zureday once a month: Zureday is a morning session about what’s happening at our organization. We talk about projects, sales, guilds, finance, HR, recruitment and other miscellaneous stuff. A free lunch will follow the business section. 🙂
- Brekkie: We organize a breakfast at the office once a month. It is also a company-wide retrospective: How do you feel, and what’s on your mind? Where are we doing well, and what can we do better?

- Conference budget: 800 € per year to use for your professional development (seminars, books, etc.).
- Azure certifications: We cover the exam costs, and you receive a bonus for passing the exam.
